AI documentation for behavioral health

Your notes, written.
Your recordings, gone.

Record the session. Get a de-identified transcript, a structured progress note, and a clinical read of what you might have missed. The audio is destroyed the moment analysis finishes — verifiably. Private to you.

What happens to a session you record

Three specific things, rather than a compliance badge. Your sessions are never used to train public models.

Identifying details removed

Names, locations, dates and contact details are replaced with placeholders during analysis, before anything is stored. A separate detector then re-checks the result, so the scrub is verified rather than assumed.

Your data stays in India

Your records, your account and your session audio sit in Google Cloud's Mumbai region, and the AI analysis runs there too: the recording is processed in India and deleted once the note is written. Everything is encrypted at rest, and no downloadable credentials exist anywhere in the platform.

Zero data retention

Session audio is deleted the moment analysis finishes — on failures too — and the deletion is confirmed, not assumed. Analysis runs inside Google Cloud, so your recordings are never sent to a third-party AI provider.

Workflow

How it works

Fits the session you were already having. Nothing to configure, no EHR integration, no change to how you practise.

  1. 1

    Record or upload

Record in the room, or upload a recording made on another device. Within minutes you have a de-identified transcript with the speakers separated, and the audio is deleted.

  2. 2

    AI clinical analysis

The system analyzes therapist interventions, identifying subtle countertransference, clinical drift, and elevated risk markers.

  3. 3

    Review & guide

You read the note, the transference and countertransference moments, and the risk flags — each timestamped so you can find the moment it came from.

Example: a reflection prompt

Alongside the note and the transcript, each session lists moments worth a second look, with the time they happened.

For your reflection

You became more directive here, and identified closely with the client’s grief, at 14:22. What was it about this loss that pulled you in?
